Our Fundamental Curriculum is a beginner-friendly 28-lesson programme covering over 100 real-world self-defence techniques. Every lesson is structured to build your confidence and capability from the ground up.
After completing the Fundamental Programme, students can progress to the Advanced Programme, which focuses more deeply on self-defence combinations, reaction time, and technical refinement.

You don't need any experience, any level of fitness, or any martial arts background. Every student starts as a beginner and trains at their own pace with the right partners.
Classes run Monday & Wednesday at 8:15pm at Hoole Church of England Primary School.
